           Circle Works has two decades of experience as counsellors for individuals, groups and families, including
           providing training for counselors and social workers, and supervising and mentoring other helpers.

           This includes:
           °°Services to children and youth in the context of child welfare services, specializing in
           support for victims of sexual abuse, and for high risk youth.
           °°Facilitation of individual sessions and groups for abused women and children.
           °°Art therapy services for adults, youth and children through Child and Family Services,
           Women's Shelters, Women’s Centers, Naturopathic Clinics, Alternative Health Providers,
           Blue Cross, EAP programs.
           °°Holistic health, nutrition and lifestyle counseling sessions for individuals and families.
           °°We have provided clinical supervision for social workers and counsellors at
           Universities, Tribal Councils, Wellness Centers, FNIHB (First Nations Inuit
           Health Branch)
           °°We have facilitated Talking and Healing Circles within educational, community
           workshop, and healing settings for Aboriginal and diverse groups. We have
           designed and delivered two twelve week sessions training community members
           as circle facilitators.


A counselling path is negotiated to meet the current realities
of the individual or family. Creative solutions are sought.

A counselling path may rely on alternative methods
to achieve wellness. For example art, music, journalling,
nature walks, energy movement, meditation, diet, nutritional and
herbal supplementation and lifestyle changes.

In order to provide quality service to all those in need,
counselling services are provided on a sliding scale basis.
